Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time in order to not miss it! We cannot guarantee availability on a different time than the one booked as there are limited ATVs slots available and they tend to book fast some days. If no one has booked a time slot you want to modify we can accomodate a time change. Thank you for understanding this.

We ask that you reserve your spot as soon as you know that you want to come and ride your ATVs. Our weekends are booked relatively quickly so we recommend booking early.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to change your reservation date for a future date as long as there is availability. The only time we issue refunds is in the case of bad weather where the booking needed to be postponed or cancelled.

​All tickets for BYO ATV slots are sold directly through our website and Eventbrite at this time. We do not sell on any other third party website. We are not able to honor tickets from other sites.

Most important is your ATV! We recommend closed-toe shoes, clothing you don't mind getting a little messy, and any safety gear you wish to wear. Aside from that, the only thing you need to bring is yourself and those riding with you.

This is really up to you, but we do ask that if you are sharing one of the fields that the riders be old enough to be respectful of other riders. This is for the safety of your kids riding and the other riders. 

Because the riding takes place outdoors, extreme weather conditions may interrupt your riding experience. In these rare circumstances, we may postpone a given day. We will communicate with you via email and on our Facebook/Instagram pages. In the rare event a day is postponed, we will try to accommodate your tickets at a different date. If you cannot attend any of our future dates, we will issue a refund.

There are no other fees than the ones you pay for when you book. We let you know all the costs up-front.

It happens. If you bought the wrong ticket or need to re-schedule, please call us or email us at twinstoneranch@gmail.com so we can make the necessary changes. There is a $5 fee per ticket to reschedule.

We do! Groups of 8 people or more qualify for a discount of 10%. In order to book a group, please contact us to receive the discount. The best way to get a good deal on your rental would be to sign up to our newsletter as we do periodically send promo codes.
